Rules for Visitors
1. NO Smoking! There will be designated smoking areas outside the attraction.
2. No Pets Allowed; Only Licensed Service Dogs will be welcome into the attraction.
3. No more than 5 visitors (per group) will be allowed in at a time.
4. No outside food or drink will be allowed; likewise, no food or drink will be allowed inside the attraction at anytime.
5. No hitting, striking, pushing, or contacting (spitting at, etc.) actors (in any way)! This will be strictly enforced.
6. Visitors must listen to their assigned guide(s), especially in case of an emergency.
7. If you, or someone you are with, has any medical condition(s) that could be aggravated by this attraction (heart conditions, seizure disorders, severe allergy, pregnancy, etc.), we strongly advise against entry.
8. Malicious destruction of property/props/sets/equipment/etc. is strictly prohibited! This will result in immediate ejection.
9. If at anytime you or someone you are with experiences a medical emergency, let a guide or squad member know immediately!
10. Video recording, audio recording, and photography are NOT allowed inside the attraction. Notice for Members of the Media: Please show an ID and you will be allowed a 'closed' photo session inside the attraction.
11. No laser pointers or flashlights.
